Public Hearing Notice City of Vista Zoning Administrator –for June 1, 2023, at 2:00 pm

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator of the Chartered City of Vista, California, will hold a public hearing in the Planning Division offices at the Vista Civic Center, 200 Civic Center Drive, Vista, on June 1, 2023, at 2:00 PM, to receive and consider all evidence and reports presented at said hearing and/or obtained previously relative to the following matter:

P23-0133 – Dish Wireless Facility – Black Rock for Dish Wireless

A request for a Minor Use Permit for a new wireless telecommunications facility to include installation of three (3) new antennas on the roof and facade of an existing church building and associated roof mounted equipment at 1450 E. Vista Way. This project is exempt from environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act, in accordance with Section 15303 of the CEQA Guidelines, because a Class 3 exemption consists of construction and location of limited numbers of new, small facilities, or structures that would result in an insignificant expansion of the existing use.

NOTE: If you challenge this project in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Vista at, or prior to, the public hearing.

ALL INTERESTED PARTIES ARE INVITED to participate and express opinions on the matter outlined above.
