NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the Chartered City of Vista, California, will hold a public hearing in the Vista Civic Center Council Chambers, 200 Civic Center Drive, Vista, on November 1, at 6:00 pm, to receive and consider all evidence and reports presented at said hearing and/or obtained previously relative to the following matter: P22-0285 – Curo Pet Care – Sunroad Enterprises The applicant, Sunroad Enterprises, is requesting a Special Use Permit to establish a small animal clinic business located at 445 Hacienda Drive, Suite 200. This project is categorically exempt from the requirement to prepare an environmental document pursuant to Section 15332 of the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines, because the project is characterized as in-fill development meeting the conditions described in this section. |

This project is exempt under State CEQA Guidelines Section 15332 – In-Fill Development Projects, which is a Class 32 categorical exemption. |
