NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN -that the Planning Commission of the City of Vista, California, will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at the Vista Civic Center, 200 Civic Center Drive, Vista, California, on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. o receive and consider all evidence and reports presented at said hearing and/or obtained previously relative to the following matter: 

22-0202 –Cannabis Cultivation Zoning Amendment, City of Vista– proposed amendment to the Vista Business Park Specific Plan to allow up to three commercial cannabis cultivation licenses in Use Area “B” with a special use permit. It has been determined that this project is exempt under the California Environmental Quality Act because the proposed amendment establishes a discretionary review process for individual applications that includes subsequent environmental review.
