NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Vista, California, will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at the Vista Civic Center, 200 Civic Center Drive, Vista, California, on Tuesday, May 03, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. to receive and consider all evidence and reports presented at said hearing and/or obtained previously relative to the following matter: P21-0283 – Two Drive-Through Restaurants – NewMark Merrill Companies A request for a Special Use Permit, inclusive of a Site Development Plan, to develop two drive-through restaurants, including parking lot and site improvements on 1.40-acres of vacant land located at APN 221-011-26-00. This project is exempt under State CEQA Guidelines Section 15332 – In-Fill Development Projects, which is a Class 32 categorical exemption. |
