NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator of the City of Vista, California, will hold a public hearing in the Planning Division offices at the Vista Civic Center, 200 Civic Center Drive, Vista, California, on Thursday, October 5, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. to receive and consider all evidence and reports presented at said hearing and/or obtained previously relative to the following matter: P23-0294 – Festival of the Arts – Vista Unified School District

A request for a Temporary Use Permit for the Vista Unified School District “Festival of the Arts” event located on Main Street within the Vista Village shopping center. The proposed date for the event is October 21, 2023, from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., including set-up and clean-up. This project has been determined to be exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act in accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15304 (e).
