Each month the Vista Chamber of Commerce recognizes a student from the 6 high schools in the Vista Unified School District. The students are honored at a morning breakfast held at Brightwood College along with invited family guests of friends and teachers/counselors or administrators from the high school. Six students for the month of November were recently presented at the Rising Star Breakfast.
