Red High Heel Walk for Heart Health Month Held Saturday

The main goal of this event was simply to raise awareness of the health and heart risks we are all vulnerable to, to encourage everyone to take the time to get their hearts checked, and do the things necessary to avoid heart-related health problems.

It is important to always err on the side of caution with these health issues, and this annual walk serves to remind people of the things we must remember to do to take care of ourselves. So, at your next regular checkup, be sure to take a moment to ask about your current heart health.

Raising awareness for Women’s Heart issues. Deputy Mayor Amanda Rigby and  supporters walked from the Vista Village Pub to the Wave water park with hand written signs to bring attention this this important issue.
