Program Mission Statement

To bring the community together to honor our local high school seniors for demonstrating character; integrity, love of learning, involvement in school and community activities and/or the ability to overcome challenging life circumstances without compromising their education. The core of the Rising Star of the Month is the student who makes a difference in their home, school & community with sincerity and passion.

Rising Star Winners: Where Are They Now?

At every Rising Star breakfast, students are asked to share their plans for the future.

Students are also encouraged to complete their education and return to our community to share their talents. On the newest issue of our Vista Magazine, four awardees shared what they’ve accomplished after their participation in the Rising Star Program. READ NOW

In honor of this being the 10th anniversary of the Rising Star Program, we want this to also be the year we give the most money in scholarships to our students. Can you help us?
