To all of you who are involved with posting the article and photos of the Vista Rod Run:
I believe Cliff Kaiser forwarded the winner’s list to you that I finally put together. And you didn’t use it. Your missing nine winners.
The mention of ‘over hundred cars’ should have been more accurate by stating there were more than three hundred !
The judging process is usually a discreet one. There should have been no mention of categories someone judges. And on top of that, the categories were wrong. I should know, I assigned them.
And lastly, it would have been nice if you had included more info regarding the benefactor of 100% proceeds from the raffle,
Vista TEEN Outreach.
Since I am an outside car show promoter, not a ‘co-chair’,
I hope my comments have nothing to do with your relationship
with the VVBA.

Roxana Adams
Roxana,
We’d like to respond to your comments on the Rod Run article. Our writer was there over 4 hours gathering information for his article. He was unable to find anyone in charge to get specific information, rather he spoke with car owners to learn about the judging, categories etc. We were not given information about the Vista Teen Outreach or we would have certainly included it. Our article was based on the information provided, and our writer’s own experience. Thanks for your comments.
