Gain a better understanding of how Vista government works on your behalf. Learn about city growth management, traffic, city finances, and other issues that impact you. The free Vista Leadership Academy is a seven-week program, held once a week in the evenings from 5 p.m. to 7 pm. The next Academy runs from March 2 to April 12, 2016.

Registration is limited and is being accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis through February 19th. The Academy is open to Vista residents or business owners aged 18 or older.
