Suspects arrested for stabbing at park.
On Tuesday, March 14 just after 1:30 a.m., deputies from the Vista Sheriff’s Station responded to a call of a verbal altercation which turned physical at Veterans Memorial Park located near South Santa Fe Avenue and Eucalyptus Avenue.
Deputies found an individual who had been stabbed multiple times and immediately began life-saving measures. The victim was rushed to the hospital. He is expected to survive.
Two suspects, Casey Vazquez (DOB 12/31/1972) and Elijah Vazquez (DOB 09/17/1999) were arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and booked into the Vista Detention Facility.

El martes 14 de marzo, justo después de la 1:30 a.m., los oficiales del Vista Sheriff’s Station respondieron a una llamada de un altercado verbal que se volvió físico en el Veterans Memorial Park ubicado cerca de South Santa Fe Avenue y Eucalyptus Avenue.
Los oficiales encontraron a un individuo que había sido apuñalado varias veces e inmediatamente comenzaron a tomar medidas para salvar vidas. La víctima fue trasladada de urgencia al hospital. Se espera que sobreviva.
Dos sospechosos, Casey Vazquez (fecha de nacimiento 12/31/1972) y Elijah Vazquez (fecha de nacimiento 09/17/1999) fueron arrestados por agresión con un arma mortal y ingresados en el Centro de Detención de Vista.
