Omar Vielma, Jake Fragala, and Karla Escalante Eat foods that have vitamins and nutrients. Choose prepared foods that have less than 5 ingredients. Eat meals at home and not at restaurants. Eat a variety of foods.
What is healthy food? Healthy food is food that is nutritionally balanced. A lot of healthy foods have vitamins and minerals. You should eat those healthy foods that have vitamins and minerals because then you will have all the nutrients you need and then you will be strong and healthy. Also, a lot of healthy foods have less than five ingredients. Try to eat foods that have less than five ingredients too.
How do you grow healthy food?
Have you ever wonder how to grow healthy food. Well to grow healthy food you need many different types of resources. Farmers need to know when the rainy season starts and what crops grow well together and what nutrients the crops need and these nutrients go in the soil. To plant a garden you need good soil and seeds that you are going to plant. Place to put them far apart, put the soil half way in the place that you are putting the seeds in, place the seeds in, then cover the seed with more soil. Then you put water when you are done.
