How we take care of you:

  • We welcome your favorite vendors! From Florists to Entertainment to Food and Beverage. We understand that vendors play an essential role in any special event or meeting.
  • Our staff provides the set up of our available tables and chairs at no additional cost. We offer a variety of layouts that you can choose from!  
  • Audrey Hepburn Hall has a non-certified kitchen for preparing and serving, refrigeration for appetizers or desserts, and a freezer to store extra ice.
  • We welcome music! Our largest event space, ‘Audrey Hepburn Hall’, has a Sonos speaker system for background music. Log in to your own Spotify account if you have your playlist prepared
  • Plentiful parking. We provide free parking in our lot & street. Spots available are on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Complimentary coffee Bar included
  • Audio Visual: A TV, Podium and Microphone and Speaker set are available per request at no additional cost.
  • Our staff will gladly handle the clean-up at the end of your gathering!

Benefits: How we take care of you

Clean Facility: We provide clean stages. We have a professional janitorial service to keep our facilities clean.

Stage Cycloramas: Our staff keeps the Cycloramas freshly painted before your arrival. Custom color changes are available at additional fees.

Free Coffee Bar: To get your production started on the right foot we included a free coffee bar upon request. This includes hot coffee, cream, sugar, stir sticks, and cups. Just let us know how much to brew.

Green Room: Your stage bookings come with a talent lounge, hair and makeup station, and clothing rack.

Basic Grip: We provide basic grip to help with your productions.

Friendly Staff: The Film Hub has a friendly staff to provide support before and during your booking.

Crew Directory: From Gaffers to Editors. We understand vendors play an essential role in any Production. We collect a directory of local vendors to help make hiring for your production easier!

Set Rental: We rent out professionally designed, prefabricated sets to save you time, money, and storage. In addition, we have furniture & wall rentals to help with any art department’s needs.

Standing Sets: Our Facility offers a number of professionally designed and built sets already in some of our spaces to help keep your budgets on point.

Parking: We will have a few reserved spaces for your production.

Have you ever dreamed of having your own video podcast but need help figuring out where to start? Our hands-on Video Podcast workshop is designed to take beginners from zero to heroes in our state-of-the-art Podcast Studio.

You can learn what equipment to use, recommended programs and software, and how to distribute your content.

The Film Hub Members Mastermind is a group for people who own, run, or would like to start their own business and would like to create a circle of people to learn and grow with. 

Each business will have an opportunity to bring up a problem they are currently facing and have time for everyone to brainstorm interesting and unique solutions to that problem. 

Not only does this help the business owner, but also gives insight to all of the other businesses in case they ever face a similar issue.
