Tri-City Medical Center is partnering with the County of San Diego to be part of a program to provide vaccinations to homebound seniors in our community.
If you are a homebound senior in need of a vaccination, you can now register for a home vaccination through 2-1-1 San Diego by calling 211 on your telephone. Follow the prompts to add your name to the waiting list.
