Tri-City Healthcare District Board Members Sworn In

Tri-City Healthcare District (TCHD) was proud to swear in three returning board members: Chairman Rocky Chavez, Marvin Mizell and George Coulter, all of whom were elected last month.
Tracy Younger, a healthcare business owner who was re-elected to another four year term, was unable to attend and will be sworn-in in the near future.
Chavez has been chairman of the TCHD board of directors for the past two years and is entering his second term on the board. He is a former city and state elected official and a retired US Marine Corps Colonel.
Coulter, a retired TCMC behavioral health employee, is also entering his second consecutive term. He previously served on the TCHD board of directors years ago, returning to the board in 2018.
Mizell, a Deputy Attorney General for the State of California, was appointed earlier this year to the seat vacated when former director Leigh Anne Grass moved out of state, was elected and will serve the remainder of the term.
The ceremony was led by Deputy Mayor Ryan Keim of the City of Oceanside and was attended by fellow TCHD boards members Dr. Nina Chaya, GiGi Gleason and Adela Sanchez, along with clinical and administrative leaders from the organization.
