VISTA, CA – Vista Community Clinic (VCC) will host seven Covered California open enrollment events at its clinic sites in Vista and Oceanside. The events are free and open to the public. No appointments are necessary. Certified enrollment counselors will provide information about Covered California plans and free assistance to complete health insurance enrollment applications. Covered California open enrollment for 2016 coverage ends Jan. 31, 2016.
