Velocity Summer Student Internship Program – Last Week to Register!The Velocity Summer Student Internship Program is a program dedicated to partnering local high school students with local companies based on the students’ career interests.
Businesses: Host talented, local high school students interested in your industry for rewarding and impactful internship experiences. Student compensation is provided by the Vista Chamber. Deadline to register is this Wednesday, April 17.

Business Workshops

The Vista Chamber in partnership with the City of Vista will be hosting workshops to inform businesses about regulations on the following topics:

  • Organic Waste/Plastic Usage
  • Temporary/Promotional Sings
  • Special Events Permit Process

Participants include people who want to:

Vista CARES Business Seminar

If your business is a large user of electricity, you may be interested in learning about Clean Energy Alliance (CEA) at our next Vista CARES seminar. Clean Energy Alliance will give a presentation on its offerings, benefits, and programs.

When: Thursday, May 2 | 8:00 – 9:30am

Where: Hyatt Place Vista | 2645 S Melrose Dr.

The target audience for this presentation are large energy consumers who would like to know more about Clean Energy Alliance. Space is limited up to 15 businesses, with one person per business who will be served a complimentary breakfast. Registrations are handled on a first come first served basis.
