SANDAG and Caltrans—in collaboration with North County cities, San Diego County, the North County Transit District, key stakeholders, and with feedback from the public—have released the draft of the North County Comprehensive Multimodal Corridor Plan (CMCP). City of Vista General Plan The City of Vista is excited to present the first of three workshop series for the 2050 General Plan Update – “Establishing the Vision”. Within each series, there will be four identical workshops, one held in each of the four City Council districts. Three workshops will be held in English and one workshop will be held in Spanish.
