- Culinary 1 has made whipped potatoes, French fries, and sweet potato chips. This week they will learn how to made potato pancakes and bake potatoes.
- Culinary 2 will continue in the protein unit by preparing grilled chicken, bacon bits, ham and using ground beef in making chili for the baked potatoes for the Panther Café.

After being seated at your table and ordering your beverage, you will be served salad and a baked potato. You will then build your own personalized salad and loaded baked potato from a wide variety of toppings. Radishes, peas, green onions, mushrooms, black olives, grated carrots, red and yellow peppers, diced tomatoes, jalapenos, beans, cilantro, broccoli, cauliflower, chili, sour cream, grilled chicken bits, bacon bits, ham bits, butter, grated cheese, cheddar cheese sauce and Creamy Cilantro Dressing, Thousand Island or Italian Vinaigrette
