Vista, CA — Get ready for tee ball with the first practice of the season.

WHAT’S ON DECK: Saturday, February 22nd First Group Tee Ball Practice

On Saturday, February 22nd from 2 pm – 3 pm, we’ll be holding the first group tee ball practice out on the Majors Field. Multiple skills stations will be led by upper division managers and coaches. RSVP here.

Tee ball rosters are kept small in an effort to make the practices and games more manageable, while also leaving room for last minute sign ups. If you have friends with kids interested in playing tee ball, there’s still some time to sign up. Sign Up for Tee Ball

We’ll be hosting our own Umpires Workshop on Monday, February 24th from 6 pm – 8 pm.

There will be a classroom discussion on rules and expectations for the coming season and then some time down on the field working through mechanics for both plate and field positions.

We’re very proud of our Junior Umpire program which is open to kids 12 and up. Email Andrew at andrew.zanzig@rbvll.org for more info.

Score it right! We will be holding our annual Scorekeeping Clinic on Thursday, February 27th from 6 pm – 8 pm for anyone interested age 12 and up.

You will learn the following: Pitch count and pitcher eligibility. Record exact game situations. Record the final score of the game. Assist umpires in providing a record of game proceedings. Ensure that every player has played the minimum play required. Please RSVP your attendance via email to Ryan at ryan.blair@rbvll.org
