Woman’s Club of Vista GFWC Delivers Books to Beaumont Elementary School

The Woman’s Club of Vista GFWC loves sharing books with elementary school children to promote literacy! President Nancy B Jones and club member Mary Ann Pearson delivered new First Books and gently-used books donated by Club members to Beaumont Elementary School and were impressed by the first graders’ enthusiasm and eagerness. “I love my new book,” was heard around the library as students claimed their rewards for reading. The Club’s December 14^th luncheon meeting (cost is $18) at the Shadowridge Golf Club, 1980 Gateway Drive, Vista and will include a holiday music program by Rancho Buena Vista High School Drama students.
